CLARA LUNDGREN
Clara Lundgren is a Swedish artist born in 1980 in Jönköping, who grew up on the island of Gotland. Her artistic journey began with her education at Folkuniversitetets Konstlinje in Lund and Malmö University. There she studied graphic design from 2002 to 2006.
Her work primarily involves painting, particularly in acrylics, and she also creates ceramic sculptures. Clara Lundgren’s art explores the intricate relationship between humans, animals, and the natural world. This often merging realism with surrealistic elements, to create dreamlike scenes that convey both beauty and urgency.
